I handle all aspects of antitrust and competition law, including cross-border merger control, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, civil litigation, and internal reviews. Throughout my career, I have collaborated with leading global law firms and engaged with antitrust authorities in key jurisdictions to secure clearances, manage multi-jurisdictional filings, and resolve regulatory challenges efficiently.
Drawing on experience at top global and boutique firms in Brazil, I have obtained approvals for some of the world's most significant transactions, coordinated second requests, and developed strategies to mitigate antitrust risks while preserving deal value and timing. I have also advised on merger challenges, behavioral and structural remedies, and divestiture processes, including trustee oversight and buyer negotiations.
My enforcement experience and track record include leading high-profile cartel investigations arising from dawn raids, Brazil's Car Wash operation, and other major enforcement actions involving alleged abuse of dominance.
I advise clients on international antitrust aspects in general, pricing practices, resale price maintenance (RPM), no-poach and labor market issues, information exchanges, refusals to supply, IP and competition interfaces, vertical restraints, competitor collaborations, and trade association conduct. My approach is pragmatic and business-oriented, helping clients manage risk while achieving commercial objectives.
I have designed and implemented dozens of global antitrust compliance programs for multinational clients in sensitive industries.
